The Site displays rates and charges (inclusive of any special promotions) for the accommodations owned and managed by MARVELS. Reservation terms and payment procedures are detailed on the Site, and contractual agreements will only materialize upon MARVELS’s acceptance of your reservation, conveyed through email or automated confirmation on the Site. Such contracts incorporate the room reservation terms and conditions specified on the Site. Additional terms and conditions for specific services or products are also provided on the Site. You warrant that all information provided, particularly for services like villa room reservations, is accurate and that any credit card utilized is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the intended purchases. MARVELS reserves the right to validate your credit card details before furnishing any services or products.
In compliance with government regulations, guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID with an address during physical check-in for verification purposes.

Any inappropriate behavior by a guest, as deemed by the Heritage Home, will be addressed by MARVELS Heritage Home after investigation. Guests are responsible for any damage to MARVELS property beyond normal wear and tear and must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in their rooms.
Specific destination policies may apply at certain times of the year, and guests will be informed of booking-specific policies during reservation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all public areas and guest rooms of MARVELS (a fine of Rs 5,000/- will be applied for smoking on the premises), and guests will be held accountable for any charges incurred due to smoking.
As part of our commitment to enhancing guest experiences, we may contact guests for feedback through calls or messages.
In the event of a no-show or early termination of your booking after check-in, a 100% cancellation fee equal to the full amount of your booking will be charged.
Failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result in the full cost of your reservation being incurred. Please notify MARVELS’s if you anticipate arriving later than your scheduled arrival date, or your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Reservations will be held until 12:00 PM Indian Standard Time the following day only.
Check-in time is after 11AM, and check-out time is before 10AM. For late check-out requests, please contact our reception office at least one day before your departure date, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Late checkouts are available until 11:30 AM IST for an additional charge. Please inquire with Reception for further details.
Infants and children up to 6 years old can stay for free using existing bedding. Upon request, extra beds are available and will be provided with an additional charge. Children over 6 years old will be charged as additional guests. Guests aged 18 and above may require a separate room. For more information, please contact MARVELS directly.
