At Marvels Villa, we strive to provide all our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. To ensure that everyone’s stay is pleasant and hassle-free, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to the following villa rules:

1. Check-in and Check-out Times:

• Check-in time is after 11:00 AM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Smoking Policy:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the MARVELS, including guest rooms and public spaces.
• To maintain a smoke-free environment, a fine of Rs 5,000/- (Five Thousand) will be applied for smoking inside the MARVELS premises.
• Guests will be held fully responsible for any expenses or charges incurred due to smoking violations.

3. Noise and Disturbances:

• Please respect the peace and privacy of other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
• Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted on the premises without prior approval from management.

4. Damage to Property:

• Guests will be held responsible for any damage to villa property caused during their stay.
• Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest’s account accordingly.

5. Pets Policy:

• Pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals.
• Please notify us in advance if you require accommodations for a service animal.

6. Guest Identification:

• All guests are required to provide valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
• Indian nationals may present a valid driver’s license, Aadhar card, voter ID card, or passport.
• Overseas nationals must present a valid passport.

7. Children and Extra Beds:

• Infants and children up to 6 years of age can stay for free if they use existing bedding.
• Additional beds are available upon request, with an extra charge.
• Children over 6 years old will be charged as additional persons.
• Guests 18 years and above might require a separate room. For further information, please contact MARVELS.

8. Safety and Security:

• Guests are advised to securely lock their rooms and valuables at all times.
• Please report any suspicious activities or individuals to the villa staff immediately.

9. Compliance with Laws:

• Guests are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
• Any illegal activities will result in immediate eviction from the premises.
